Prior consent
We send direct marketing messages to a consumer by phone, e-mail or other means only with their prior express consent. Before advertising we clearly state the commercial purpose of the communication in the Serbian language.
A previous purchase by itself does not constitute consent to direct advertising. A marketing message may be sent to a consumer only if a valid prior consent for the relevant channel and purpose exists.
Classification of messages
RXN Legal Kit applies marketing checks only to messages that are expressly marked as marketing by the website or a compatible integration. The website owner and the integration that generates the message are responsible for accurate classification. Unmarked messages are not automatically confirmed as transactional nor legally permitted.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a message or by sending a request to office@serbio.rs. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
